Work With Us
Bringing our expertise to you
The forecasts are free. Applying them to your specific situation is where the work begins.
The 10F Consortium brings together senior foresight and strategy practitioners across more than a dozen countries. We are available to help organizations understand what the shifts mapped in the forecasts mean for their particular context — their region, their sector, their decisions.
What engagement looks like
We work in a few distinct modes depending on what an organization needs:
Briefings and keynotes. A structured introduction to the 10F forecasts for leadership teams, boards, or conferences — connecting the ten shifts to the specific decisions and uncertainties your audience is navigating. Typically half a day or less.
AREAS mapping workshops. A facilitated session using the AREAS framework to locate your organization within the shifting landscape — identifying where you currently sit, where you need to be, and what the gaps between those positions require. One to two days.
Forecast localization. Adapting one or more forecasts to your region, sector, or institutional context — identifying which dynamics are already visible in your environment, which are approaching, and what they mean for your planning assumptions. Typically four to eight weeks.
Strategic advisory. Longer-term engagement applying the 10F analytical framework to ongoing strategy development, scenario planning, or organizational foresight capacity building.
Internal sounding board. Tap our global experience to help you think—and plan—differently as you face the shifts we describe.
Who we work with
Government agencies and ministries navigating shifting alliance structures and policy environments. International NGOs and foundations managing cross-border programs under fragmenting governance. Corporations stress-testing strategy against systemic rather than cyclical disruption. Cultural and educational institutions building public foresight capacity.
